Luke Ursell
Meet Luke,
Luke has over 9 years of expirience as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Over his career he has helped hundreds of people achieve their goals.
Luke has worked with professional athletes from many different disciplines, backgrounds and sports including: Professional boxing, motocross, athletics and more.
He has provided sports massage and injury management to some of the worlds best athletes, pictured below helping 2017 world strongest man Eddie Hall with a warm up massage.
He believes that everyone, whatever their goal, should take the time to master the basics, he puts an emphasis on correct movement patterns to keep you moving better and for longer.
Learning is a life long process and whether you’re looking to enhance your performance, lose weight, or just make sure you can live life to the fullest, Luke will be able to help.

Adam norris
Meet Adam, Adam has played Country rugby for over a decade and now enjoys training for a variety of fitness related endeavours. He shares knowledge with his clients from experiences he has gained from rugby off-season training, triathlon, climbing, weightlifting & functional fitness. He applies this variety to his sessions so they are always fun and results focused. Adam has completed his L1 Award in Coaching Weightlifting, L2 BTEC in Sport Performance, L2 Certificate in Gym Instructing, L3 Certificate in Personal Training and is a Certified CrossFit Judge. He is currently completing his L3 Diploma in Exercise Referral and L4 Certificate in Nutrition.
When he is not training clients with Team Movement, Adam enjoys functional fitness workouts, weightlifting, gymnastics and walking his rescue dog (Rotti/Husky cross). Whether you would like to lose weight, get fitter & stronger or prepare for a specific performance or mobility goals, Adam is here to support you and give you the tools you need to succeed, whilst having fun doing it!


Through the entire programme, you will be supported with regular testing to make sure you are on the right track, as well as constant contact with myself for any questions, enquiries or support you may need.
Our qualifications include Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, as well as courses in strength and conditioning and a Level 3 in Exercise Referral, allowing us to look after clients with certain drawbacks, such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, arthritis and diabetes.
